On June 9, 2021, Copper Property CTL Pass Through Trust (the “Trust”) made available on its investor website its monthly report for the period ending May 31, 2021. Such information is available at: www.ctltrust.net.

A copy of the monthly report is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.

On June 9, 2021, the Trust issued a press release announcing that a cash distribution of $0.085991 per trust certificate will be paid on June 10, 2021 to certificateholders of record as of June 9, 2021.
