Copper Property CTL Pass Through Trust (“the Trust”), has filed a Form 8-K containing its monthly report for the period ended November 30, 2022. An aggregate total distribution of $20.8 million or $0.276870 per trust certificate will be paid on December 12, 2022 to certificateholders of record as of December 9, 2022. The distribution includes aggregate net sales proceeds of $12.7 million or $0.169709 per trust certificate.

Copper Property CTL Pass Through Trust (the “Trust”) was established to acquire 160 retail properties and 6 warehouse distribution centers (the “Properties”) from J.C.
